In the marketing plan, I will develop a listing that emphasize its unique and sellable aspects. I will also use a combination of print and online resources to ensure your property is has the Maximum exposed to potential buyers, including the local MLS system®, Re/Max Global, Re/ and many more.

When an offer or offers are received on your home, I will negotiate to ensure you get a fair offer with closing terms that are clearly defined. I will also and take care of all paperwork related to the sale.
