Franco brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market, construction and development to his position. With formal education, training and experience working in Canada and the United States, in harmony with his many years of experience of purchasing, owning and selling properties, allows Franco to excel at every level of the real estate transaction.
With 12 years under his belt working in the corporate world as Director of Operations and District Manager with Rogers and Chapters/Indigo, Franco gained levels of knowledge that go hand in hand with the commercial side of Real Estate. It has been 28 years since Franco got his first taste of real estate working with Brokerages such as Campanile in 1987, Century 21, Royal Lepage and now Re/Max Hallmark Realty Group.
Franco’s work ethic and entrepreneurship came early in his life when he became owner and operator of quick service restaurants including Subway, Mr Sub, and Teriyaki Experience along with his endeavour in taking on the responsibility of starting and operating a Golf & Country club from its inception to its final construction phase and culminating in the opening of the Clubhouse.
Franco thoroughly enjoys Real Estate; he has always brought an abundance of dedication, perseverance, energy, experience, personal knowledge and honesty to his work. Franco enjoys having the stellar reputation of quick, timely responses to each client’s needs and concerns.
About My Brokerage
The journey to becoming RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Group began in 2001, when Jeff and Margie Hooper opened KW Ottawa Realty which was the first KW office to open in Ontario. It then grew to be the largest KW office in Canada with nearly 300 agents.
In 2016, RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd. officially "partnered" with Keller Williams Ottawa Realty. With this partnership KW Ottawa Realty became RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Group and has since grown to over 400 agents and staff with 4 locations across Ottawa.
I chose to work with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Group for many reasons, such as their effort to give back to the community whenever possible, their sharing and family atmosphere, and the continued support that I receive as I strive to be the best REALTOR® I can be.
